Dockage Rates

Daily Transient:
  • Price: $2.00/ft. includes electric and Ice
  • Captains Lounge
  • Minimum Charge: $75 (overnight stay)
Monthly:
  • A Dock: $12 per ft + $20 Electric Fee per Cord (If Needed).
  • B Dock: $10 per ft. + $20 Electric Fee (If Needed)
  • C Dock: $8 ft. + Electric Fee (If Needed)

Annual and Seasonal Rates

Boats 34' and Over (on "A" and "T" Docks)
  • Annual Rate: $4000 (Includes Basic Electric) ICE, Captains Lounge
Boats 30' and Under (on "B" Dock)
  • Annual Rate: $2100 (Includes Basic Electric, ICE, Captains Lounge
Boats under 20' (on "C" Dock)
  • Annual Rate: $1800 (Includes ICE)

Additional Amenities

  • Boat Lifts, JetSki Lifts, JetSki Docks: Availability Upon Request
  • Trailer and Boat Storage: $150 per Month
  • Indoor Golf Cart Storage: $150
